How a session runs:
A relaxed, creative space designed for parents/ carers to craft, unwind, and socialise while little ones play happily nearby.
Also, adults without children can come and be creative without needing to tidy up any mess!

Arriving and settling in
When you walk in, you will meet Hannah (her picture below) at the welcome table with the bright yellow tablecloth.
You will sign in, collect or fill out your lanyard, and sort out session fees—Cam sessions are £5 per adult (payable by card, cash, or 4-session membership card), while Gloucester sessions are free.
We want everyone to feel comfortable, so you are welcome to pick up a traffic light emotion card, set your communication preferences, or borrow fidget toys from the welcome table to use throughout the session.

Creative time and refreshments
Head over to the crafting table, marked with a blue tablecloth, to get stuck in. You do not need to bring a single thing—all materials and tools are provided.
You can choose to make the scheduled craft of the week (check our Cam or Gloucester session pages for current projects) or pick our backup craft option.
While you create, we will bring you tea, coffee, squash, or water along with a selection of tasty biscuits and cakes to enjoy at your leisure.

Be you!
There is absolutely no expectation for you to behave in a certain way.
It doesn't matter whether you don't speak/ barely speak, completely overshare, or somewhere in between. No one is valued less/ more.
Any type of stimming is encouraged and respected.
The quality of your craft does not matter. If you are having fun, that is the main thing!
If you do ever have any issues. Please speak to Hannah about it.

Play areas and relaxed departures
Children have dedicated play spaces equipped with baby toys, dolls, stickle bricks, and colouring sheets. Our wonderful volunteer, Jade, is on hand to help entertain the children so you can focus on making and chatting.
(We do still ask that you keep an eye on them though!)
There is never any pressure or rush during our sessions. Whenever you or your little one are ready, you are completely free to leave at any point before the session ends. Just remember to pop any borrowed fidget toys back on the yellow table before heading home.
The friendly faces behind our sessions
We are here to make your time crafting as relaxing, welcoming, and fun as possible. Meet the team who will welcome you and look after your little ones.
